Nathan Beaumont, Managing Director
Nathan has spent nearly twenty years at the intersection of government, infrastructure and reputation, advising Boards, CEOs and executive teams through periods of scrutiny, regulatory pressure and public accountability.
His career began in journalism, before moving into government as Press Secretary to two Cabinet Ministers, working at the centre of some of New Zealand’s most contested policy reforms.
He went on to lead corporate affairs at Chorus, New Zealand’s largest telecommunications infrastructure company, through a decade of intense regulatory, political and public scrutiny, becoming the primary adviser to the CEO and Board on reputation and stakeholder risk.
Nathan founded The Reputation Hub to bring that same board-level counsel to organisations and individuals navigating high-consequence moments: reputational risk, government relations, crisis communications and cyber incidents. His client work spans central government, infrastructure, primary industries, higher education and senior individual advisory.
Nathan also works as a fractional executive, stepping into interim leadership roles for organisations navigating high-stakes communications and reputational challenges.
